How to repair the common equipment vibrating screen in the mine?

  The vibrating screen is a common equipment in the mine, and it is a fragile equipment. This article lists three major aspects of common faults and 28 inspection and treatment methods for everyone! And from four major aspects, the daily maintenance of the sieve is proposed, and I hope to be useful to everyone.

  1, the screening effect is not good, should be checked and repaired from the following 10 aspects

  (1) Screen hole blockage or screen surface damage

  (2) high raw coal moisture

  (3) Uneven feeding and feeding

  (4) The material on the sieve is too thick

  (5) The screen is not tight

  (6) Stop screening, clean the screen or replace the screen surface

  (7) Adjustable inclination of the vibrating screen

  (8) Adjust the amount of feed

  (9) Reduce the amount of feed

  (10) Tighten the screen

  2, the number of sieve rotation is not enough, the transmission tape is too loose, the tension transmission belt bearing heat, should be checked and repaired from the following 8 aspects

  (1) Bearing oil shortage

  (2) Bearing fouling

  (3) The bearing oil is too much or the quality of the oil does not meet the requirements.

  (4) Bearing wear

  (5) Oiling

  (6) Wash the bearing, replace the sealing ring, check the sealing device

  (7) Check the oil filling condition

  (8) Replace the bearing

  3. The vibration force of the screening machine is weak. The weight on the flywheel is incorrectly installed or adjusted too lightly to adjust the weight position on the flywheel or to increase the weight; the sieve box vibration is too large and the eccentricity is different to find the balance of the screening machine; the sieve spindle cannot be sealed. The bushing is plugged to clean the sealed bearing; when the screening machine is running, the sound is not normal, etc., should be inspected and repaired from the following 10 aspects:

  (1) Bearing wear

  (2) The screen is not tightened

  (3) Fixed bearing bolt loose

  (4) Spring damage

  (5) Gear wear and damage

  (6) Replace the bearing

  (7) Tensioning the screen

  (8) tighten the bolt

  (9) Replacement spring

  (10) Replacement gear

  In order to prevent the vibrating screen from being often damaged, the maintenance and repair of the screening machine should be carried out by a full-time staff. Weekly inspections, monthly inspections and annual inspections should be carried out. This will extend the life of the sieve!

  Daily inspection

  Check the vibration of the vibration exciter and various parts, check whether the screen surface is slack and damaged, and whether the screen hole is too large. The problem should be dealt with in time.

  Monthly inspection

  Check the screen frame member itself or the weld for cracks. If there is a crack, the surface should be cleaned. Drill Φ5mm at the end of the crack, shovel the groove and preheat it and repair the weld. Ensure the penetration, weld the weld after welding, and add the reinforcing plate. In order to avoid stress concentration, it is not allowed to perform gas cutting holes and welding accessories on the screen frame by itself.

  Annual inspection

  Deal with the large cleaning and maintenance of the shaker. When disassembling, it should be noted that the bearing inner ring and the bearing body are marked with the same mark, so that the inner ring and the original bearing are misplaced during assembly after cleaning, and the bearing should be seated to maintain the original clearance of the bearing. If the bearing is found to be pitting, the entire set of bearings should be replaced. When replacing the bearing, first preheat the inner ring of the original bearing, remove it from the main shaft, and then heat the inner ring of the new bearing to 80°-100° and load it into the main shaft. When reassembling, be aware that the eccentric blocks of the exciters on both sides are to be in the same phase.

  Lubrication

  1> The vibration exciter is lubricated with thin oil. After 40 hours of initial operation, the oil is changed. In normal use, the oil change interval is 120 hours.

  2> For the oil injection amount, refer to the vibrator oil filling table. When the oil level check (2-15) is removed, a small amount of oil can be continuously dripped. The lubricating oil is made of GB13895-1992 heavy-duty vehicle gear oil and lubricating oil grade GL-5.

  3>Inject the GB7324-1994 general-purpose lithium grease into the labyrinth between the vibrator seal plate and the spacer ring. The grease grade is No.3. When filling the grease, use a dry oil gun to align the oil cup and grease once every 15 days. . Note 50-100ml per point at a time.

  According to different types of exciters and bearings, oil is periodically injected according to its requirements, and a large cleaning of the exciter bearings should be carried out every year to ensure good lubrication.
