LS type screw conveyor

LS-type screw conveyor (hereinafter referred to as screw machine) has novel structure and advanced technical indexes. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the shell. The middle hanging bearing adopts two structures that can be interchanged by rolling and sliding. Both of them are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices. The discharge end is equipped with cleaning devices. The whole machine has low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible arrangement of inlet and outlet.

The characteristics and application range of LS type screw conveyor:
LS-type screw conveyor (hereinafter referred to as screw machine) has novel structure and advanced technical indexes. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the shell. The middle hanging bearing adopts two structures that can be interchanged by rolling and sliding. Both of them are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices. The discharge end is equipped with cleaning devices. The whole machine has low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible arrangement of inlet and outlet.

Scope of application:

Spin machines are widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, aluminum and magnesium, coal, machinery, light industry, food and food industries. It is used in horizontal or less than 20 inclination angle to transport powdery, granular and small fast materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, etc. The material temperature is below 200 ℃.
The screw machine is not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous and caking materials, because these materials will be bonded to the propeller during transportation, and will rotate without moving forward or form a plug of materials at the hanging bearing, thus making the screw machine unable to work normally.

LS type screw machine screw diameter from 100mm to 800mm, a total of nine rules, length from 4 meters to 70 meters, every 0.5 meters gear, type selection should conform to the standard nominal length, special needs can be put forward separately in the optional section.
According to the driving mode of the rotary machine, it is divided into two types:
C₁Production method-when the length of the screw machine is less than 35m, single-ended drive.
C₂Method-screw machine greater than 35m, double-end drive.
According to the type of screw machine intermediate bearing is divided:
M₁-It is a rolling suspension bearing, which adopts 80000 type sealed bearing and has another dust-proof sealing structure on the shaft cover. It is commonly used in places where it is not easy to add oil or oil contaminates materials. It has good sealing effect, long service life of the suspension bearing and output material temperature ≤ 80 ℃ (can not be specified when ordering)
M_2--For sliding hanging bearings, set dust sealing device, commonly used in conveying material temperature is relatively high (>80 ℃), or conveying liquid material.
