Use
DMA series electromagnetic vibration feeder is a new type of feeding equipment designed and developed by our factory based on the introduction and digestion of Belgian TOLEDO company's national conditions.
This product can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical industry, electric power, food, machinery and other industries. Quantitative packaging, automation of production processes, and high requirements for feeding accuracy.

Special point
As a new type of feeding equipment, this product has the following characteristics:
Reasonable and compact structure, light weight, small shift of the center of gravity of the whole machine, convenient installation and maintenance, no rotating parts, no lubrication required, and low operating costs.
Reasonable design theory and low energy consumption of the whole machine.
Uniform quantitative feeding, high feeding accuracy.
Stepless adjustment of feed amount can realize automatic control and centralized control.
When feeding, the material runs according to the parabolic trace, and the abrasion of the feeding tank is small.
This machine is not suitable for hot materials above 300 ℃ and occasions with explosion-proof requirements.

Installation and process configuration
The installation of this product is divided into seat type installation and suspension type installation. When the suspension type is installed, it can be installed and used with a downward inclination of 10 degrees as a normal feeding material, and can be installed and used with a downward inclination of 15 degrees for materials with high viscosity or content. However, when it is used for batching, quantitative feeding and automatic weighing, horizontal installation is recommended to ensure the feeding accuracy.

The influence of material silo pressure is not considered in the design of this product. In order to ensure the normal operation of the feeder, the influence of silo pressure should be minimized. It is recommended to configure the corresponding sliding nozzle when using the equipment. The form and configuration size of the sliding nozzle are shown in the following figure:
