Product Description

Uses and characteristics

Electromagnetic vibration feeders are widely used in metallurgical, coal, electronics, machinery, chemical, building materials, light industry, grain and other industrial and mining enterprises. Or in the funnel to the receiving device in a quantitative, uniform and continuous way. Compared with other feeding equipment, it has the following characteristics:

(1) Electric control uses SCR half-wave rectifier circuit. The feed amount can be adjusted steplessly, which can be used in the production process of automatic control to realize production automation.

(2) No rotating parts, no lubrication required, simple structure and easy maintenance.

(3) The material exhibits micro-throwing motion, and the trough wear is small.

(4) The trough made of alloy steel plate is suitable for conveying high temperature, severe wear and corrosive materials.

When the actual bulk weight is greater than or less than the above calculated bulk weight, the productivity is converted according to the actual material bulk weight.
For materials with particle size less than 1mm, the conveying speed decreases, wet viscous materials with water content greater than 10% cannot be conveyed normally, and the thickness of the material layer exceeds a certain value, which will hinder normal feeding, recommend H =(1/3-1/4) groove height.
For products with special requirements and special specifications, our factory can specially design and produce.
