Product Description
1. Purpose
• The rotary drum screen is mainly used for screening granular materials, which can separate materials with different particle sizes. Widely used in mining, agriculture, chemical and other industries. For example, in mining, it is used to screen ore to separate large particles from small particles; in agriculture, grain can be graded and screened.
2. Working principle
• The material enters from one end of the rotary screen, and the rotary drum rotates slowly under the drive of the power unit. The drum is equipped with different specifications of the screen, with the rotation of the drum, small particles of material through the screen fall, and large particles of material in the drum continue to roll forward, so as to achieve screening.
Technical parameters
1. Diameter and length of rotating drum
The diameter ranges from tens of centimeters to several meters, and the length also varies according to the processing capacity and screening requirements. For example, a small rotary screen may have a diameter of 0.5 meters and a length of 1 meter; a large industrial rotary screen may have a diameter of 3 meters and a length of more than 5 meters.
