Use

GY type rigid impeller feeder is used to feed the dry powder material or small particle material in the upper silo continuously and evenly to the next equipment. This machine is auxiliary conveying equipment.

The feeder is widely used in cement, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and light industry and other sectors of the material conveying system for feeding equipment.

Principle

GY type rigid impeller feeder is a kind of quantitative feeding equipment. This machine is equipped with BLY series cycloid reducer, which is directly rigidly connected with the main shaft through the reducer, so as to drive the main shaft and impeller to rotate. The impeller is equipped with several impeller blades, which are equipped with rubber sealing sheets, which are pressed by pressure plates, and the sealing sheets are close to the inner wall of the shell. When the motor rotates, the main shaft and the impeller rotate at the same time. When the material passes through the upper silo, the material enters the impeller groove, and the rotating impeller brings the material to the discharge port and feeds it out.

When the speed is changed, the powder is supplied by the worm through the scraper mounted on the same main shaft, and the supply impeller and the measuring impeller are realized. Pulverized coal flows from the pulverized coal hopper into the partition plate in the upper body of the pulverized coal feeder and the tooth groove of the supply impeller below the gap. The rotating impeller with pulverized coal turns 180 degrees in the supply impeller shell to the gap of the impeller shell and falls into the tooth groove in the measuring impeller. The measuring impeller turns 180 degrees again and then turns the gap piece in the pulverized coal belt body, and the pulverized coal falls into the powder pipe, according to this process, the purpose of continuous and uniform powder feeding is achieved to prevent the self-flow of pulverized coal during shutdown.

The main body of the machine is assembled by the shell, impeller, spindle, end cover and other parts, with compact structure and beautiful appearance.
