1. product use
PDX series disc feeder is a new type of disc feeder with high reliability, high efficiency and energy saving, which is improved and manufactured by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing the technology of traditional disc feeder and combining with the actual situation in China. This type is a volume feeding equipment with continuous feeding, which can be widely used in steel, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, energy and other industries. It is installed at the discharge port of storage devices such as silo, silo and hopper, relying on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the working mechanism of the disc feeder, the material in the warehouse is discharged and fed into the next device continuously and evenly. When it stops working, it can also play the role of storage lock. It is one of the key equipment in the continuous production process. The disc feeder has compact structure (especially highly adaptable), simple lubrication and convenient maintenance.
2. product performance characteristics
The disc feeder has the following characteristics:
1. The reducer and motor are installed under the disk surface. The whole equipment has compact structure, reasonable layout, small space occupation, simple foundation and regular arrangement.
2. The reducer and the disc are relatively independent. Only the reducer needs to be removed during maintenance, and there is no need to empty the silo, unload the material sleeve and the disc surface. Maintenance is convenient, simple, short cycle.
3. The sleeve which is not easy to block and hang materials is adopted. The sleeve adopts volute structure so that the materials can be unloaded smoothly. The sleeve is provided with an access door for handling plugging and cleaning up sundries.
4. The sleeve is equipped with a control gate that can adjust the thickness of the material layer. The opening of the gate and the size of the feeding amount can be set at any time according to the process requirements. Adjusting device adopts worm reducer structure, flexible and convenient adjustment, wide range. And a scraper device is provided to transfer the material to the next equipment and play a guiding role in the material.
5, the use of large diameter rotary bearing structure, bearing capacity is strong, can withstand more than 15 meters of ore trough material pressure for a long time, in addition to the rotary bearing anti-tilting moment, small resistance, particularly stable operation, disc feeding uniform.
6. The transmission mode of the disc feeder: frequency converter → frequency conversion motor → reducer → pinion → slewing ring gear → disc. The transmission system has large transmission torque, high reliability, high transmission efficiency, good starting performance, long service life and convenient maintenance.
7, the use of fully enclosed sealing structure, so that all the materials from the discharge port discharge, will not be scattered around the disc, to ensure the cleanliness of the site.
8. The reducer and the slewing mechanism are lubricated independently, and both are lubricated by high-quality medium-pressure gear oil sump, which ensures the trouble-free operation of the mechanism without frequent daily maintenance. Since the coupling between the motor and the reducer is canceled, the problem of oil leakage of the high-speed shaft of the reducer is fundamentally solved. At the same time, a unique multi-channel sealing structure is adopted to ensure that the transmission parts are lubricated and sealed well, and no foreign matter enters the lubrication part to ensure long-term trouble-free operation of the disc.
9. The parts in direct contact with materials in the assembly of disc surface, sleeve, scraper and fan-shaped door adopt wear-resistant lining plate with particularly good wear resistance. And in the disc lining plate with a material abrasive design, in order to further extend the disc continuous normal use cycle.
The equipment has a long service life and stable performance. In addition to normal inspection and maintenance (replacement of lubricating oil), the usual maintenance is very small.
3. structure and working principle
PDX series disc feeder is mainly composed of transmission mechanism (reducer, motor, slewing bearing, pinion, coupling, etc.), sleeve, disc base, chassis, fan-shaped door assembly (adjusting the size of discharge port), blanking guide plate assembly (correcting the material flow direction), scraper assembly (transferring the material to the next equipment), oil injection pipeline assembly and lifting device (for lifting equipment). The motor reducer makes the disc rotate through the action of the internal gear pair. The material falls down to the disc from the blanking sleeve. The disc is equipped with a manual or electric gate to adjust the processing capacity of the material. When the material is pushed down to the blanking port by the scraper during the rotation of the disc, the material in the silo is continuously discharged and the feeding process is completed. The lower part of the disc rotating body is provided with a special slewing bearing for bearing the pressure of the silo.
