2. purpose and scope of use
GBZ type heavy plate feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials and coal and other industrial sectors. This machine is mainly used for the silo and hopper with a certain silo pressure, and the short distance uniform and continuous transportation of various large bulk density materials to various crushing, screening and transportation equipment, especially for the initial crushing below. It can not only deal with coarse materials, but also adapt to fine materials. It can complete the heavy work in the harsh environment, and has great adaptability to the change of the particle size composition of the material, the influence of temperature, viscosity, frost, rain and snow or the frozen material, and the feeding amount is uniform, accurate and reliable. In the process of use, it is not allowed to directly impact the surface of the chain plate with empty materials and large pieces of materials, let alone blasting on the surface of the chain plate. The installation inclination is 0~25 °, and the transmission device can be installed on the left or right. The right side of the material running direction is the right transmission, and vice versa.

2. The inclined installation is accompanied by a braking device to prevent the reverse of the conveyor chain.
The driving device adopts orthogonal planetary series combined reducer transmission, light weight, high mechanical efficiency, long life, compact structure, small space.
4. The spindle device adopts keyless optical axis, and the spindle, sprocket and star wheel are all connected by expansion sleeve. The installation, disassembly and maintenance of the machine are very convenient.
5. The chain plate device adopts double arc lap structure or single arc lap structure to ensure no material leakage during use.
6. The tank chain is used as the transmission chain, which has small pitch error, no lubrication, convenient installation and maintenance, good interchangeability and long service life.
The problem of running deviation is completely solved by applying the structure between the guide roller and the inner link of the redirecting light wheel embedded in the chain link on the tail shaft.
The use of composite spring buffer tension mechanism reduces the impact damage and prolongs the service life of the whole machine.
