Overview

At present, the commonly used bucket elevator in China are vertical, and the newer ones that meet the standard TB3926-85 are TD type and TH type. Their main features and uses are shown in the following table:

Main structure

Structural type of TD type bucket elevator

Transmission TD type bucket elevator transmission device has two forms, respectively equipped with YZ type reducer or ZQ(YY) type reducer. YZ type shaft mounted reducer is directly suit on the spindle shaft head, eliminating the transmission platform, coupling, etc., so that the structure is compact, light weight, and its internal with a special screw backstop, backstop reliable. The reducer has low noise, stable operation, and floating with the spindle, which can eliminate the installation stress.

TD type bucket elevator is equipped with four kinds of hopper Q type (shallow bucket), H type (arc bottom bucket), Zd type (medium deep bucket) and Sd type (deep bucket)

Selection of driving device

The hoist driving device is YY type (I. e. ZLY or ZSY type reducer and Y type motor matching). The drive power of the drive shaft is obtained by the following formula:

P0 = qcg/ 3600 PS PL (kW)

In the formula:

P0 -- Drive power of transmission shaft, kW;

Q-conveying capacity of bucket elevator, t/h;

C- height between upper and lower shafts of bucket elevator, m;

g-acceleration of gravity, m/s2;
