ZC type vertical vibration conveyor

1. Purpose:
ZC vertical vibration conveyor is a new type of vertical vibration conveying equipment, widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, building materials, food, machinery, medicine, food and other industries. It is used for vertical lifting of powdery and granular materials, as well as drying and cooling of materials.
2. Features:
ZC type vertical vibration conveyor to vibration motor as the excitation source, compared with other types of conveyor, bucket elevator has the following characteristics:
(1) Small footprint, easy to process layout.
(2) Save electric energy and reduce the wear of the trough.
(3) Low noise, simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance.
(4) The material can be transported up or down.
2. structure and working principle
The vibration motor of the driving device of ZC type vertical vibration conveying is installed at the lower part of the conveying tower, and the two vibration motors are installed symmetrically. The conveying tower is composed of a pipe body and a spiral conveying groove welded around the pipe body. The conveying tower is seated on the vibration damping device. The vibration damping device consists of a base and a vibration isolation spring. (See Figure 1) When the vertical conveyor is working, according to the principle of self-synchronization of dual vibration motors, the vibration motor generates exciting force. Forcing the entire conveying tower body to make horizontal circular movement and upward vertical movement of space compound vibration, the material in the spiral groove is subject to the action of the conveying groove, and for uniform throwing circular movement, upward movement along the conveying groove body, so as to complete the upward (or downward) conveying operation of the material.

2. Type and use:
(1) The basic type (ZC one) is an open trough structure, which is used for upward (or downward) conveying operations without special requirements for general materials.
(2) The closed type (ZC one F) is a closed conveying trough structure, which is used for upward (or downward) conveying operations where dustproof materials are required.
3. Power control:
ZC series vertical vibration conveyor is equipped with GK type reverse connection brake control box, which is used to make the conveyor quickly pass through the resonance zone when it is stopped, so as to prevent the machine from generating large amplitude when passing through the resonance zone, and at the same time has the protection functions of motor overcurrent, overload, phase failure, etc.
