1. use and characteristics
FBS-type anti-blocking device is an energy-saving general-purpose product with vibration motor as the excitation source. It relies on high-frequency vibration and impact force to effectively eliminate bridging, arching and blocking of materials caused by internal friction, deliquescence, electrification, component segregation and other reasons, thus enabling materials to be smoothly discharged from the warehouse and ensuring the necessary equipment for stable feeding. FBS type anti-blocking device is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, thermal power, refractory materials, coal, food, cement, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, casting, ceramics, abrasives and other industries in the storage bin of the anti-blocking use, easy to achieve assembly line operations, improve the degree of automation of material transportation.
The FBS anti-blocking device has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple structure, high efficiency and energy saving, simple installation and no maintenance.
2. structure and working principle
When the anti-blocking device works, the vibration motor rotates at high speed and generates periodic high-frequency vibration to the silo wall. Due to the periodic vibration of the anti-blocking device, the material is in an unstable state due to the influence of alternating speed and acceleration, thus effectively overcoming the internal friction and aggregation force of the material, so as to eliminate the relative stability between the materials in the silo and smoothly discharge the material from the silo mouth.
Selection Principle of 3. FBS Anti-blocking Device
(1) No matter whether the silo is separated or not, one discharge port is a silo.
(2) The selection of FBS type anti-blocking device is based on the wall thickness of the steel plate at the lower part of the silo. The wall thickness of the silo steel plate shall include the thickness of the internal lining plate.
(3) Special circumstances: the user can choose the device according to the actual silo and the contents of the material.
