The new design concept and unique structure and screening principle of the series of sieve machine has achieved nearly perfect screening effect of probability sieve, and has broad application prospects.
WGLS linear probability screen trajectory is a straight line, using multi-layer large inclination screen surface, top-down screen surface inclination increasing, compared with ordinary screen machine, this series of screen machine has a very high screening efficiency and production capacity, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, medicine, chemical industry, food and coal industry, fine particle size and powder material fine screening. This series sieve machine adopts double motor self-synchronous vibration, and the exciting force is adjustable. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low power consumption, low noise, difficult to block the sieve hole, no dust pollution, convenient installation and maintenance, and high screening efficiency. The series sieve machine is divided into three to six layers, can adapt to the separation requirements of four to seven kinds of products, but also multi-layer screening of a product to achieve the effect of large output. The sieve box is divided into anti-corrosion type (stainless steel) and ordinary type, and the sieve surface is steel wire woven mesh.
