Main uses and characteristics of 1.
YBS series swing screen is a kind of high-precision and high-efficiency screening equipment with large output. It is widely used in grain, food, chemical industry, sugar, ceramsite, mining, medicine, metallurgy, building materials, mining, papermaking and other industries. YBS series swing screen simulation of artificial screening of low-frequency rotary vibration principle, through the vibrator so that the screen body low-frequency reciprocating motion, so that the material in the screen surface quickly dispersed, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient screening. Its screening accuracy is more than 95%, high efficiency, screen life is more than 3 times that of regular screening equipment, suitable for difficult to handle and high yield materials.
YBS series swing screen also has the following advantages:
1, high efficiency, exquisite and durable design, any powder, irregular shape particles can be sieved.
2. Each layer of screen has a screen anti-blocking cleaning device. The screening machine continuously cleans the screen under working conditions to ensure that the screen does not block holes and extend the operation cycle.
3. Good sealing effect, small vibration amplitude, low noise, no dust flying, and improve the working environment of the workshop.
4. Sieving in the form of soft swing can effectively protect the original state of the material particles from being destroyed.
5. Pull-type screen structure, simple structure, convenient and quick net change.
6. There is no vertical vibration, the dynamic load on the foundation is very small, and the screen life is long.
2. structure type
Two types of shaker YBS series swing screen:
1. The vibrator adopts shaft eccentric mechanism, the vibrator is installed on the feed side of the screen box, and the discharge side of the screen box adopts elastic support or sliding support. The motor drives the eccentric mechanism to run through the triangle belt, and the eccentric mechanism forces the screen box to rotate in the plane. This kind of vibrator type swing screen can be made according to the requirements of sitting or hanging structure. (See Figure 1)
2. The vibrator adopts a block eccentric mechanism, the vibrator is installed in the middle of the screen box, and the screen box is suspended on the frame through the suspension mechanism. The motor drives the eccentric block to run through the triangle belt, and the inertial force generated by the rotary motion of the eccentric block drives the screen box to rock periodically. This kind of vibrator type swing screen for hanging structure. (See Figure 2)
