Advanced screening concept, unique sieve plate structure, strong environmental protection and high energy saving, so that it has a high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, easy maintenance and other advantages, for the screening of small materials have more advantages. The machine changes the structure of the traditional sieve surface and the sieve box vibrate together, and adopts the movement mode of multi-section independent sieve surface vibration while the sieve box and the frame do not vibrate, and the multi-section sieve surface vibrates independently from the feed inlet to the discharge end. Each section of the screen independent vibration source, can be independent vibration, abandoned the traditional section of the screen with a vibration source, the same amplitude, the same vibration frequency vibration mode. According to the particle size distribution of the material on site, the size of the material volume, the amplitude and vibration frequency of each section of the screen surface can be adjusted to achieve a better combination of processing capacity and screening efficiency. With this structure, there are few moving parts and the vibration quality is reduced, so the unique structural design can reduce the power compared with the traditional screen. Because the vibrating screen box does not participate in vibration, it is easier to achieve a fully enclosed structure, so that dust does not leak out, and meets higher environmental protection requirements.

1. Segmental screening, the screen machine does not vibrate as a whole, and the screen vibrates.
The sieving machine is different from the traditional vibrating screen. It does not participate in the vibration as a whole. The side plate, top cover and base of the sieving machine are all fixed parts, and only the "screen" participates in the vibration.
2. Closed structure, with strong environmental protection.
The screening machine only screen vibration, screen body does not vibrate, to achieve a full static seal, screening easy dust mining conditions, made into a fully closed structure, so that dust does not leak, in line with environmental protection requirements.
3. Larger amplitude and smaller dynamic load.
The screening machine adopts the process characteristics of screen vibration and screen body does not vibrate, so the dynamic stress of the screen machine can be reduced to a minimum, so the amplitude can be greatly improved, but the dynamic load can be greatly reduced.
4. Smaller power, higher energy saving.
Due to the small number of moving parts and the small vibration quality of the screening machine, its power can be reduced to a minimum. Compared with traditional screens, the power can be reduced by more than twice.
5. Unique PLC control system.
The screening machine is generally driven by multiple motors. Each motor start time interval is 6-8 seconds, forward start, reverse stop, and finally achieve the purpose of empty car start. No material is stored on the sieve machine to facilitate observation and maintenance. The screening machine uses PLC to control the whole equipment start, stop, manual, remote control, cover open and a series of actions.
6. Easy maintenance.
We have made the vibration parts of the screening machine modular and standardized, so that the overall rapid replacement, ground maintenance, simple maintenance, low time cost, to win time for safe production.
7. Low operating costs.
The screening machine has few moving parts, the quality of the vibration parts is small, and its power is also small. It is the least powerful of all sieves. The low operating cost of the screening machine is unmatched by traditional machines.
8. Low noise
Due to the low vibration quality of the sieve machine, the dynamic load on the foundation of the sieve machine is also greatly reduced when it is working and starting to stop, reducing the damage of vibration to the foundation, reducing the construction cost of the plant, and also reducing noise pollution.
