3. working principle and structure
Mine single shaft vibrating screen is composed of screen box, vibrator, spring and other parts. The screen box adopts a welded structure, which is firm and reliable. In addition to the eccentric in the middle part of the main shaft of the vibrator, there are eccentric wheels with adjustable eccentric weight at both ends of the main shaft, or the elliptical wheels with adjustable eccentric weight can be installed at both ends of the shaft. The motor drives the vibrator through the V-belt, and the transmission shaft rotates at a certain speed, so the eccentric shaft and the eccentric mass generate inertial force. Under the action of this force, the screen box makes an approximate circular movement. The spring is used to support the screen box and also Reduce the power transmitted to the foundation when the sieve is running. The spring seat is transversely equipped with a damping device. Limit the sifter to swing laterally and reduce the amplitude of the sifter resonance.
