ZKR type linear vibrating screen box movement track is a straight line. The vibrator adopts a block eccentric structure; the feeding box can be selected, and the application of the feeding box prolongs the service life of the screen at the feeding end, and at the same time increases the effective screening area of the vibrating screen; the driving screen machine adopts simple structure, easy manufacturing and maintenance The flap-shaped coupling and flexible disc coupling overcome the defect that the universal joint coupling is easily damaged. ZKR type linear vibrating screen can be used for coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, hydropower, chemical industry and other industries of medium and fine-grained materials for dry, wet screening and dehydration, demineralization, desliming.

The sieve machine has advanced technical parameters, high vibration strength, large processing capacity and high screening efficiency. The dual-motor self-synchronization is used to drive the vibrator directly through the coupling, which has simple structure, convenient maintenance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
