GX, LS series screw conveyors

GX type screw conveyor is used to continuously convey materials along the casing by screw rotation. This machine has simple structure, small size, low cost, safe operation, and can meet multi-point feeding and discharging according to process requirements.

Description of the preparation and loading method of GX screw conveyor

GX screw machine according to the different requirements of the occasion, divided into S system and D system two

S-made spiral with a solid spiral surface with a pitch equal to 0.8 times the diameter.

D method with a belt spiral surface spiral, the pitch is equal to the diameter.

According to the different assembly methods of the driving device, the GX screw machine is divided into two types: right and left:

The right one stands at the tail of the motor and looks forward, and the low-speed shaft of the reducer is on the right side of the motor.

The left side is installed at the tail of the motor and looks forward. The low-speed shaft of the reducer is on the left side of the motor.

The discharge port of GX screw machine has three types: square discharge port, hand push discharge port and rack discharge port. The opening and closing directions of the latter two kinds of outlet pull plates are divided into right-mounted and left-mounted according to different installation:

Right to install a station to the end of the screw head section to save, pull the plate to the right.

The left one stands at the screw head section and looks at the tail section. The pull plate is pulled to the left.
