Overview
Vibrating fluidized bed drying technology first appeared in Japan, the United States and other countries. In the early 1980s, some chemical industries in China have been introduced and used. Because of its enhanced heat and mass transfer process, materials are continuously dried by vibration, thereby saving energy. It overcomes the disadvantages that the dried material in the convection bed will form ditch flow and stagnation zone, which is easy to agglomerate when the temperature is large, and because of the back mixing of particles, the distribution range of particle residence time is large, and the moisture content of particles is uneven. Therefore, it has a wider adaptability and economic rationality in terms of material drying. ZTG series vibration fluidized bed drying (cooling) machine is a new generation of domestically produced vibration drying equipment that our factory absorbs from Japan and the United States prototype base factory. In recent years, it has been widely used in many industries in China, such as light industry, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, refined salt and non-metallic minerals.
Hai’an Wanli Vibrating Machinery Co., Ltd. (former Hai’an Vibrating Machinery Factory), founded in 1968, is one of the earliest manufacturers in China to participate in the design and development of vibrating machinery. It is the only professional manufacturer of vibrating machinery in East China approved by the former Ministry of Machinery.
