Use
The silo wall vibrator is used to prevent and eliminate the phenomenon of "clogging" and "arching" caused by various internal silos due to internal friction, deliquescence, electrification, and deflection of ingredients. It is a good auxiliary equipment for the smooth discharge of materials from the silo mouth to ensure the normal production process. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, machinery and other industries.
GZ type tank wall vibrator adopts the principle of near resonance, has the characteristics of small size, long life, small power consumption, simple structure and convenient installation. It has the same characteristics as additional stirring wings, pulsating compressed air, etc. Compared with the "arching" method, it has the advantages of lower equipment cost and less maintenance.
GZ type tank vibrator's ability to break the supply of viscous materials will be significantly reduced.
