GD Series Circular Vibration Classification Screen

A GD-type circular rotary vibrating screen is a kind of advanced screening equipment manufactured after introducing foreign advanced technology and carrying out original improvement design. The vibration exciter is driven to rotate by a common motor on the base through a rubber coupling, so that the screen machine generates horizontal motion and spatial composite motion of swinging vibration around a horizontal axis. The material layer in the screen is sheared and rolled up and down, the fine material quickly contacts the screen surface, screened and classified.

Overview

This machine is used for screening various materials with different dry and wet states, thick and light weights. It can also be used for solid-liquid separation, waste water treatment, etc. It is widely used in production lines and separate operations in chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, ceramics, papermaking, medicine, food and feed processing, etc. Compared with reciprocating vibrating screen, it has more technological adaptability, simple structure, low power consumption, low noise, high screening efficiency, etc. It can meet the technological requirements of multi-stage screening, and the material movement track and vibration force of the machine can be adjusted. The screen has an impact device, which is not easy to block, and is easy to tension and replacement with long service life. Its discharge direction can be changed freely. The dynamic load has small transmission to the installation foundation, so that the installation and debugging is simple and convenient.
