Working principle
YZDS series vibrating screen is a single-axis circular motion inertial vibrating screen. When the inertial motor is used to work, the inertial force generated by the eccentric block forces the screen box to vibrate, so that the material generated by the material added to the screen surface of the screen machine produces throwing motion, so that the material particles of a certain size pass through the screen holes to realize the screening operation.
Because the vibration exciter is arranged above the center of gravity of the screen box, the elliptical long axis at both ends of the screen box is in a positive eight shape, and the upper end of the elliptical long axis at the feeding end faces the discharging direction, which is conducive to the rapid dispersion of the materials fed to the box machine, while the upper end of the elliptical long axis at the discharging end faces the discharging direction, which reduces the movement speed of the materials and is conducive to the screening of the screening of the difficult materials, thus, its processing capacity can be improved.
