ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty vibrating screen has its surface installed in a certain angle, and has the following characteristics compared with other products of the same type:

Structure and Working Principle

ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty vibrating screen consists of vibration exciter, screen box, dust cover, hopper, vibration absorber, base, etc.

When ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty vibrating screen is under operation, the exciting force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the screen surface in the screen box through the screen box. Because the exciting force generated by the exciter is a longitudinal force, the screen box is forced to drive the screen surface to make longitudinal forward and backward displacement. Under certain conditions, the materials on the screen surface are thrown forward due to the exciting force, and the materials smaller than the screen holes fall through the screen and fall to the lower layer. The motion track of the materials on the screen surface is parabolic motion. As a result of this repeated material motion, the material screening operation is completed.

Classification and Application of ZSG Series High Efficiency Heavy-duty Vibrating Screen
The open type (ZSG-□×□) is a seat type with no dust cover structure, which is used for screening materials with large screening capacity and no dust pollution.
The closed type (ZSGB-□ × □) is a seat type and fully closed structure, which is used for screening of particulate materials with large processing capacity and dust pollution.
