DD, ZD Series Single-Shaft Vibrating Screen for Mining

A single-shaft vibrating screen for mining is a circular vibrating screen. It can be used for medium-size grained classification in auxiliary or independent screening operations in ferrous, non-ferrous and nonmetallic mines. The screen has the advantages of simple structure, stable movement and reliable operation.

Working Principle

A single-shaft vibrating screen for mining is composed of the original screen box, vibrator, spring and other parts. The screen box adopts a welded structure, which is firm and reliable. Apart from eccentricity in the middle part of the main shaft of the vibrator, eccentric wheels with adjustable eccentric weight are arranged at both ends of the main shaft, or eccentric wheels with adjustable eccentric weight are also arranged at both ends of the shaft. The motor drives the vibrator through the triangular glass belt, and the transmission shaft rotates at a certain rotation speed, so that the eccentric shaft and eccentric mass generate inertial force, and under the action of the force, the screen box moves in an approximate circle, and the spring is used for supporting the screen box, and at the same time, the power transmitted to the foundation by the screen during operation is reduced. A damping device is transversely arranged on the spring seat to limit the transverse swing of the screen and reduce the amplitude when the screen resonates.
