ZKR Vibrating Screen

The ZKR linear vibrating screen box has a straight movement track. It adopts a block eccentric structure with feeding box can be matched and selected. The feeding box prolongs the service life of the screen at the feeding end, and simultaneously increases the effective screening area of the vibrating screen. The drive screen adopts a petal coupling and a flexible disk coupling which are simple in structure and easy to manufacture and maintain, thus overcoming the defect that the universal coupling is easy to damage. ZKR type linear vibrating screen can be used for dry and wet screening, dewatering, removing medium and mud from medium and fine-grained materials in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, water and electricity and chemical industry.

1.Uses and Characteristics:

The screening machine has advanced technical parameters, high vibration intensity, large processing capacity and high screening efficiency. The vibrator is driven directly through the coupling by double motors in self-synchronization, with simple structure, convenient maintenance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.

2.Instructions for Selection:

1. The screen structure includes woven screen, punched screen plate, fine mesh screen, rubber screen and polyurethane abrasion-resistant screen plate, etc. Instructions must be given when ordering, thus it can be designed as required.

2. The product samples are only for reference of design and type selection, and the accurate data shall be subject to the drawings.

3. The matching motor of this screening machine can be installed on the left or right. Users can select it according to the location of the factory building and the design layout requirements. Instructions must be given when ordering.

4. The foundation bolt should be provided by the user.
