GTS series roller screen is a screening equipment for grading material particle size. The process layout is simple. It is mainly composed of inlet and outlet, motor, reducer, frame, roller device, etc. It can be used for material sorting in chemical industry, mining, power plant, building materials, metallurgy, garbage environmental protection and other industries. 3. structure type
GTS series trommels are divided into shaft and shaftless type. There is a main shaft in the center of the screen cylinder of the shaft drum screen, and there is a support and fixation between the screen cylinder and the main shaft. The main shaft is driven by the driving device to drive the screen cylinder to rotate. The screen cylinder of the shaftless drum screen is hollow and unsupported. The screen cylinder is supported on the frame through at least four sets of supporting rollers. The driving device drives the screen cylinder to rotate through sprockets and gears or drives the supporting rollers to roll through friction. Shaftless drum screen is more conducive to screening ribbon, winding strong material.
GTS series drum screen can be set according to process requirements, such as spray, flapping device.
