1. uses
According to the building materials, mining, metallurgy and other industries for small and medium-sized solid, block material conveying control, feeding and other process needs and the development of a new type of gate, suitable for ≤ 50mm material control.
Structural features: the valve structure is simple, easy to operate, no blocking, to overcome the flat gate valve due to large material particles caused by the opening and closing force, or even closed into the shortcomings. Because the gate is operated by a single bar, it is easy to operate, flexible, and the overall structure is high-quality steel welding. It has good rigidity, no change, long service life and no maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for controlling small and medium-sized crystal and block materials.
2. working principle
The gate is mainly composed of a frame and bars. When bars are inserted into the frame, a group of bars form a parallel grid plate to block block block materials at one side of the gate. If one bar is drawn out, a large gap will appear in the grid plate, and materials can enter the other side of the gate from the gap. The number of bars drawn out shall be determined by the needs of the process. The gate has two kinds of one-way and two-way opening.
