1. Overview

Designed by Chong Zhou Coal Mine Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Coal, the high-frequency vibrating rotary flow screen produced by our factory is the first in China. It is a new, efficient and energy-saving coal washing equipment. In 1984, the coarse coal slime was identified by the high frequency vibration cyclone sieve. In 1987, it passed the ministerial-level appraisal of the last coal high-frequency vibrating cyclone screen. Experts agreed that the main technical indicators of the equipment had reached the advanced level of similar products in the 1980 s and filled the domestic gap. 1988 won the national utility model patent. After several years of popularization and use, it has achieved good economic and social benefits. Taking Cφ1600 coarse slime high-frequency vibrating rotary flow screen as an example, it can increase the economic benefits of tens to one million yuan per year. The product in 1989 won the Jiangsu Province outstanding patent implementation project "Jiali Award", utility model second prize. In 1990, the Ministry of Energy Science and Technology Progress Award.

The high frequency vibrating cyclone screen is mainly used for the recovery of coarse slime and final coal in coal preparation plant, such as pre-dewatering, desliming and classification, and can also be used for the dehydration, desliming and classification of other similar materials. The equipment is a new type of energy-saving equipment with high-efficiency dehydration, desliming and grading. It has the advantages of low driving power, no rotating parts, no lubrication, light weight, large screen processing capacity per unit area, no fixed personnel operation during normal operation, automatic control, low noise and so on.

2. Working principle

Use a constant pressure box or pump to introduce the solid-liquid mixed material into the nozzle 1 of the cyclone screen, enter the guide groove 2 along the tangential direction through the nozzle, change the linear motion into the downward spiral motion under the action of centrifugal force, friction force and gravity of the material, and enter the conical screen 3 through the guide groove 2. The material realizes solid-liquid separation during the movement process, and the undersieve material is discharged through the sieve slit along with the liquid through the filtrate outlet 8, the dewatered solid material is discharged through the solid material outlet 10 at the lower part of the conical screen.
