The multi-frequency screen-C combines the structural characteristics of the multi-frequency screen-G and the relaxation screen, and creatively combines the variable frequency amplitude with the dynamic and static screen box, so that the screen surface can perform both high-amplitude and low-frequency relaxation motion and high-frequency and low-amplitude relaxation motion. Each screen surface adjusts the motion state according to the viscosity characteristics of the material to ensure that the screening motion is in a better state, so that the wet sticky material does not block holes, and achieves higher screening efficiency.
Product advantages
All the inlet and outlet of the multi-frequency sieve-C can be rigidly sealed with other related equipment, so that the whole screening operation is carried out in a static and fully sealed state, and the air is sucked through the dust removal port specially set on the sieve frame, so that the whole system works under negative pressure, thus solving the dust pollution problem in the screening process.
The multi-frequency sieve-C adopts multi-segment sieve surface sub-arrangement and respective vibration, realizes the online adjustability of vibration frequency, amplitude and vibration trajectory, and fuses the frame of the sieve box to fix the non-vibrating mechanical structure, which greatly reduces the probability of fatigue damage and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

The multi-frequency sieve-C can adjust the inclination angle of the sieve surface by using the hoop at the lower part of each sieve surface to improve the utilization rate and utilization effect of the sieve surface according to the different conditions of the material handling capacity, particle size composition, water content, etc.
The multi-frequency sieve-C adopts high elastic polyurethane sieve plate, which produces great acceleration and promotes the sieve speed of viscous materials. The screen surface does regular telescopic relaxation movement, in the process of periodic elastic deflection, so that the shape of the screen hole also changes periodically, which is more conducive to solving the problem of material blocking and improving the processing efficiency of the screen machine.
Working principle
