Section vibration, frequency modulation and amplitude modulation
The multi-frequency screen-X adopts multi-section surface vibration, while the screen box does not vibrate. The multi-section screen surface vibrates independently from the feed end to the discharge end, which can realize the free adjustment of high frequency, low amplitude and low frequency and high amplitude of each section screen surface.
Configure PLC control system
Manually and remotely control the startup and shutdown of the whole equipment locally. The PLC control cabinet is equipped with a touch screen to facilitate the setting and display of control system parameters, including the display of bearing temperature and abnormal temperature alarm. The equipment can be configured with an automatic refueling system to reduce the labor intensity of workers and avoid accidents caused by man-made reasons.
