Therefore, it is very important to master the precautions and operation skills of vibrating screen installation and debugging.
1 Before installing the spring, check the overall dimensions and stiffness values to ensure that the stiffness and height of each spring are consistent. After the spring is installed, all springs are required to be vertical to the upper and lower support surfaces.
2 Before starting the vibrating screen machine, check whether the bolts of each fastener are loose, and tighten them if they are loose.
3 Check whether all lubricating parts are greased.
4 No-load operation should be 4-6 hours, the vibrating screen in no-load operation should pay close attention to the rotating part is flexible, pay attention to the temperature change of the bearing, the current is stable, there is no abnormal vibration and abnormal sound.
5 Check whether the wiring of the vibrating screen motor is correct, whether the steering is correct, and the motor should rotate in the direction of the material flow.
