1 Check whether the bolts of each fastener are loose. If they are loose, tighten them to avoid additional vibration caused by the loosening of individual parts.

3 Damping between the inner and outer sleeves of the bearing, the rolling body of the bearing can be made into a hollow rolling body or a damping material can be added inside the hollow rolling body.
4 Use rubber spring or composite spring instead of steel spring, and add soft sound insulation cover to the vibration exciter.
5 vibrating screen with polyurethane sieve plate or rubber sieve plate instead of steel sieve plate. Polyurethane material elastic modulus, internal resistance is small, with rubber spring, can significantly reduce part of the noise.
