WXZG type double mass vibrating feeder

Working principle: The equipment adopts the principle of double-mass near-resonance inertial vibration. By the rubber shear to force, the main vibration shear glue without frequent replacement. It can adopt hanging, seat type and other configurations, which is convenient for process layout and space utilization. The equipment is composed of three parts: a groove body, a suspension, and an excitation part. Single or double rows of shear rubber springs are arranged up and down, and the lower pressure plate is connected to the balance body by bolts, and then the left and right side plates are connected to the groove body. A vibration motor is installed on the back vertical plate of the balance body. The eccentric force of the vibration motor is transmitted to the tank body through the shear rubber block fixed on the balance body and the pressure plate up and down, so as to realize uniform feeding.
