5. Reduce the transverse dimension of the central suspension bearing as much as possible to reduce the possibility of material blocking when passing through the central bearing.

7. Set an anti-blocking valve on the unloading end cover plate. When blocking occurs, due to the accumulation of materials, open the anti-blocking door and block the power supply through the travel switch together.
2. screw feeder drive motor burned

The treatment method is to prevent the small iron blocks from entering and make the cutter and the casing stick to a certain gap.

2. Abnormal friction occurs when solid and large objects are mixed into the machine. The treatment method is to sort out foreign bodies and test run until normal stop.

1. The moisture content of the material is large, which is concentrated on the spiral hanging bearing and gradually thickened, so that the incoming material is not easy to pass through. The treatment method is to strengthen the drying of the material.
2. If the sundries are right, the screw hanging bearing will be blocked. The treatment method is to stop the machine and remove the sundries in the machine.
3. The transmission device fails and is not found in time. The treatment method is to stop and correct the transmission device.

1. The running time is uneven, which causes bolt loosening, falling or impact fracture. The treatment method is to improve the strength of bolt connection.

1. Due to the occurrence of abnormal torque, the joint flange welding fails. The treatment method is to ensure the accuracy of the equipment and device. Whether it is flange connection or spline combination, the orientation accuracy of the spiral body device must be ensured. After the device is connected, the screw steering shall be determined through wiring debugging and whether the sound is abnormal. After the trial work, check the temperature rise of the motor, reducer and bearing. After everything is normal, start the manual screw silo gate to gradually feed. After debugging, the screw works smoothly.
9. spiral shaft crack
1. Due to long-term operation and wear, torsional strength decreases, forming cracks and cracks. The treatment method is to strengthen equipment protection to prevent screw shaft from wearing and breaking, strictly control material quality to prevent foreign matter from entering the conveyor. Smooth protection for smooth parts at regular intervals; Strengthen spot inspection and protection of driving equipment; Timely inspection of the quality of spiral blades. When the spiral blades are abnormally worn, the spiral shaft is deformed and the strength drops, timely replacement and analysis of causes for prevention; timely fastening of joint parts found loose; timely inspection of abnormal phenomena such as fever and noise in equipment operation, sorting out foreign matters, trimming spiral or chute.
10. screw shaft input shaft section broken
1. When the screw feeder is used, the coaxiality of the screw shaft is out of tolerance or the safety factor is low when the shaft is selected. Equipment modification and protection shall be carried out according to the production requirements. When the process is changed and exceeds the functional scale of the equipment, continuous operation will cause rapid damage to the equipment, and even the production process requirements cannot be satisfied, thus affecting normal production. According to the actual situation and site conditions, overhaul and replace parts, such as changing the drive system, changing the transmission ratio, improving the function or scale of spare parts data, and replacing the equipment.
