1, the screening effect is not good, should be the following 10 aspects of inspection and maintenance
 
(1) Screen hole blockage or screen surface damage
 
(2) High moisture content of raw coal
 
(3) Uneven screening and feeding
 
(4) The material on the sieve is too thick
 
(5) The screen is not tight
 
(6) Stop the screen, clean the screen or replace the screen surface
 
(7) The inclination angle of the vibrating screen can be adjusted
 
(8) Adjust the feeding amount
 
(9) Reduce the feeding amount
 
(10) Tension screen
 
2. The number of revolutions of the sieve is not enough. The transmission tape is too loose. The bearing of the tension transmission tape is heated. Inspection and maintenance should be carried out from the following 8 aspects.
 
(1) Bearing lack of oil
 
(2) bearing dirty
 
(3) The bearing is overfilled with oil or the quality of the oil does not meet the requirements
 
(4) Bearing wear
 
(5) Oil filling
 
(6) Clean the bearing, replace the sealing ring, and check the sealing device
 
(7) Check the oil filling condition
 
(8) Replace the bearing
 
3. The weight block on the flywheel with weak vibration force of the screening machine is not installed correctly or is too light to adjust the position of the weight block on the flywheel or increase the weight. The sieve box vibrates too much and the eccentricity is different to find a good balance of the screening machine. The main shaft of the sieve cannot rotate and the sealing shaft sleeve is plugged into the cleaning seal bearing. When the screening machine is running, the sound is abnormal, which should be checked and repaired from the following 10 aspects:
 
(1) Bearing wear
 
(2) The screen is not tightened
 
(3) Fixed bearing bolts loose
 
(4) spring damage
 
(5) Gear wear and damage
 
(6) Replace the bearing
 
(7) Tighten the screen
 
(8) Tighten the bolts
 
(9) Replace the spring
 
(10) Replace the gear.
 
In order to prevent the vibrating screen from breaking down frequently, the maintenance and overhaul of the screening machine should be carried out by full-time personnel. Weekly inspection, monthly inspection and annual inspection shall be conducted. This can extend the life of the sieve!
 
Daily inspection
 
Check whether the vibration exciter and the bolts of each part are loose, check whether the screen surface is loose and damaged, and whether the screen hole is too large. If any problem is found, it should be dealt with in time.
 
Monthly inspection
 
Check the screen frame members or welds for cracks. If there are cracks, clean the surface. Drill Φ5mm at the end of the crack, shovel out the groove and repair welding after preheating. The penetration shall be ensured. After welding, the weld shall be ground flat and the reinforcing plate shall be added. In order to avoid stress concentration, gas cutting holes and welding accessories on the screen frame are not allowed.
 
Annual inspection
 
The vibration exciter shall be cleaned and overhauled. When disassembling, the inner ring of the bearing and the bearing body shall be marked with the same mark, and the inner ring and the original bearing shall be prevented from being mistaken during assembly after cleaning. The inner ring shall be seated accordingly to maintain the original clearance of the bearing. If bearing pitting is found, the complete bearing shall be replaced. When replacing the bearing, preheat the original bearing inner ring, remove it from the main shaft, and then heat the new bearing inner ring with oil to 80 °-100 ° and then install it into the main shaft. When reassembling, pay attention to the eccentric blocks of the exciter on both sides to maintain the same phase.
 
Lubrication
 
1> The vibration exciter is lubricated with thin oil. The oil is changed after 40 hours of initial operation. The oil change period is 120 hours during normal use.
 
2> The amount of oil injection can refer to the vibrator oil injection table. When the oil level check help (2-15) is removed, a small amount of oil can drop continuously. The lubricating oil adopts GB13895-1992 heavy load vehicle gear oil, and the lubricating oil grade is GL-5.
 
3> inject GB7324-1994 general lithium-based grease into the labyrinth groove between the vibrator sealing plate and the isolation ring. the grease brand is no. 3. during grease injection, use a dry oil gun to aim at the oil cup and inject grease once every 15 days. Note 50-100ml per point.
 
According to different types of vibration exciter and bearing, according to the requirements of regular oil injection, the vibration exciter bearing should be cleaned once a year to ensure good lubrication.
