Usually, the linear vibrating screen produced is delivered as a whole machine, so users basically do not need to consider the assembly of the linear screen equipment, but some users require the equipment to be disassembled and delivered due to some special reasons, which requires users to assemble the equipment after receiving the equipment. Sometimes users of linear screens need to replace the box when they have irreparable faults in the box, or need to disassemble the equipment when they repair the equipment or move the equipment over a long distance, this also involves the question of self-assembly.

Sometimes users of linear screens need to replace the box when they have irreparable faults in the box, or need to disassemble the equipment when they repair the equipment or move the equipment over a long distance, this also involves the problem of self-assembly. Relatively speaking, in the process of assembling the linear vibrating screen by the user, the installation of the equipment box is the most important. If the box is successfully assembled, the assembly of the linear screen is basically completed. If the user does not correctly install the linear screen box, it will seriously affect the use of the equipment, resulting in the screening accuracy and screening effect not reaching the expected target, and serious damage may occur to the linear screen equipment.
Relatively speaking, the installation of the linear vibrating screen box is relatively simple, but for the user, no guidance, there is no way to start, so Xingyue Mechanical Technology Department summed up the five steps to install the box, teach you to master the correct installation method of the linear vibrating screen box.
Step 1: Place the bracket
Place the screen support of the linear vibrating screen on the horizontal ground, pay attention to the support should be placed upward, do not put upside down, take the spring base on the support as a reference, the direction of the spring base is up.
The second step: bracket anti-skid
The bracket should be anti-skid measures to avoid movement when installing the straight screen box. You can find a few rubber pads or conveyor belt pads under the bracket, or use anchor bolts or other measures to fix the bracket first and place it to move during installation.
Step 3: Place the spring
Place the spring on the spring base on the bracket, and ensure that the height of all springs is the same, and the spring cannot be obviously not level.
Step 4: Prepare the box
Usually, if the customer requires the linear screen to be disassembled and shipped, the vibration motor has been installed on the box body when shipping, of course, there are also cases where the vibration motor is not installed on the box body for delivery; when the user disassembles the linear screen for repair and maintenance, the vibration motor may also be removed, so this step can be divided into the following two situations:
1. The vibration motor has been installed on the box
When the vibration motor is installed on the box for delivery, in order to transport safety, the linear screen box will be inverted, that is, the vibration motor will be placed upward. In this case, the user needs to turn the linear screen box over to make the vibration motor downward.
2. The vibration motor is not installed on the box
In this case, the user should first turn the linear screen box upside down, and install the vibration motor on the motor base located at the lower part of the box, and then turn the linear screen box over to make the vibration motor face down.
Step 5: Place the box
Lift the prepared box body of the linear vibrating screen and place it on the spring stably. At this point, the box body of the linear vibrating screen is installed.
The above five steps can complete the correct installation of the linear vibrating screen box. The user should strictly refer to it step by step to avoid unnecessary losses caused by problems when installing the box. Of course, in addition to the equipment failure must be disassembled and repaired, the user should try to avoid disassembling the box body, if you need to move the linear screen equipment, should also try to move the whole machine, if there is no need to ship should choose the whole machine delivery.
