Moisture is a fatal factor that leads to the failure of the vibration motor, from splashing rain or moisture generated by condensation can invade the vibration motor, especially when the vibration motor is in intermittent operation, after parking for several months, the coil insulation should be checked before use, otherwise it is easy to burn out the motor.
If the vibration motor is damp, the following methods can be used:
1. Bulb drying method: put one or several high-power incandescent bulbs (such as 100W) into the vibration motor cavity for drying. Note: The bulb should not be too close to the coil to prevent the coil from burning out. Can be in the vibration motor shell covered with canvas and other insulation.
2. Use a hair dryer to dry the vibration motor, and use the hot air blown by the hair dryer to dry it.
3. Available desiccant: quicklime desiccant. The main component is calcium oxide, and its water absorption capacity is achieved through a chemical reaction, so the water absorption is irreversible. Regardless of the humidity of the external environment, it can maintain a moisture absorption capacity greater than 35% of its own weight, is more suitable for low temperature preservation, has excellent drying and moisture absorption effect, and has a low price.
