Correct operation and proper maintenance, you can make the vibration feeder longer service life, more can play the ideal effect! 1. When the vibrating feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding, it should be installed horizontally to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent self-flow of materials. For continuous feeding of general materials, it can be installed down by 10 degrees. For viscous materials and materials with large water content, the installation can be tilted down 15 degrees.
2, after the installation of the feeder should be left with 20mm of the swimming gap should be horizontal, the suspension device using flexible connection.
3. Before the test run, all the bolts should be fastened once, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor, which should be re-fastened once for 3-5 hours of continuous operation.
4. During the test run, the two vibration motors must rotate in reverse, and the stability of current and noise should be stopped in time if any abnormality is found.
5, the motor bearing every 2 months to add a grease, high temperature season should be added once a month lubricating oil.
Maintenance Requirements:
1. The vibration feeder should always check the amplitude, the current of the vibration motor and the surface temperature of the motor during operation. It is required that the amplitude is uniform before and after, and the vibration motor current is stable. If abnormal conditions are found, it should be stopped immediately.
2. The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the whole feeder. During the use process, the bearing should be regularly filled with molybdenum 2# grease, once every two months, once a month in high temperature seasons, and the motor should be repaired every six months to replace the internal bearing.
