Through the infrared thermometer, we can accurately understand the temperature of the bearing, the bearing overheating serious will appear burnt smell and black smoke, and even stuck can not rotate. This shows that the vibration motor runs at high current for a long time, resulting in high temperature due to lack of oil. In this case, stop the machine and add high temperature resistant grease after the temperature of the vibration motor drops. If the bearing is damaged, replace the bearing.
1. Cannot start
First, cut off the power supply, observe carefully to see if there is any problem with the wiring, manually check whether the mechanical part is stuck and other faults, and then check whether the vibration motor cable and coil are energized or leaked, and whether the load is exceeded. If there is no problem with the stator or rotor winding.
2. Noise in operation
Listen carefully to the sound of the vibration motor, grunting is generally the bearing ball damage, hissing is generally caused by lack of oil, if the noise is relatively large, it may be caused by loose bolts.
3. Low insulation resistance
In a humid environment, the motor is easy to enter water, resulting in low insulation value. In addition, excessive oil pollution on the winding can easily lead to a decrease in insulation value, and there is also aging of insulation. In this case, the vibration motor coil must be dried.
4. Bearing overheating
Through the infrared thermometer, we can accurately understand the temperature of the bearing, the bearing overheating serious will appear burnt smell and black smoke, and even stuck can not rotate. This shows that the vibration motor runs at high current for a long time, resulting in high temperature due to lack of oil.
