7. Bracket: It is composed of four pillars and two channel steel, which supports the screen box. When installing, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steel under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

Installation maintenance
Preparation before installation

1. Check whether the motor sign conforms to the requirements.

2. Check whether the motor surface is damaged or deformed.

3, check the motor fasteners, beware of loose.

4, check the power supply, whether the lack of phase, and no-load operation for 5 minutes.

5. Check whether the rotation is flexible. If there is any abnormality, it should be excluded.

6. Measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter. The value should be dried on the stator winding, and the drying temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.

Installation and adjustment

1, the motor should be fastened on the installation surface, the installation surface must be smooth and flat.

2. The motor can be installed horizontally.

3. Adjustment of exciting force.

4, the motor should be reliable grounding, the motor has a grounding device, the lead end has a mark, can also use the foot solid bolt grounding.

5. The motor lead wire is YZ-500V of four-core rubber cable. When connecting the power supply, the lead wire cable is not allowed to be folded sharply and is reliably fixed with the vibrating body.

Use and maintenance

1. The machine shall be equipped with electrical protection device.

2. At the beginning of the operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

3. When the rotation direction of the motor does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.

4. When the machine is stopped for a long time and used again, the insulation resistance should be measured for 500 volt megohmmeter measurement, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms.

5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearing should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.

6, the motor should ensure good lubrication, every two weeks or so to add lithium grease (ZL-3) once, refueling, through the oil cup to add the right amount of lithium grease. When sealed bearings are used, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.

Daily maintenance

1. Before startup:

1. Check whether the coarse net and fine net are damaged

2. When starting:

Regular maintenance

Regularly check the coarse net, fine net and spring for fatigue and damage, and whether each part of the fuselage is damaged due to vibration. The parts that need to be added with lubricating oil must be lubricated.

Installation, commissioning and commissioning

(I) installation:

Before installing the machine, first check whether the parts are complete and damaged according to the packing list.

The equipment shall be installed according to the installation drawing, and the foundation shall have sufficient rigidity and strength to support all dynamic and static loads of the vibrating screen.

3. Ensure that the screen box and hopper, chute and other non-moving parts should maintain a minimum gap of 75mm.

When installing, the four corners of the screen box should be horizontal.

(II) adjustment and commissioning:

The spring must be in a vertical state, and the contact surface between the spring upper support and the spring must be in a horizontal state. After adjustment, fix the spring upper support on the trunnion of the screen box with bolts, and then weld it into a whole.

2. The no-load test run time shall not be less than 2 hours. After the no-load test run is qualified, the load test run can be put into operation. The load test run can be carried out according to the requirements of the process test run.
